Order Placement and Finalization
Upon the completion of an order, the order is deemed irrevocable. Chemical On Tap will not accept requests for amendments post-submission, ensuring efficiency and precision in order processing.
Refund Conditions
Customers who opt for a refund on their order will be subject to a 10% deduction from the refund amount, representing processing and restocking fees. Refunds will be credited through the original payment channel.
Important: Refunds or exchanges are not allowed after 7 days from delivery.
